PREPARING FOR A MEETING

If you can, please download the required documents on the "downloads" page, fill them out and bring them with you to the first session. If you can't download them, just let me know. I'll give you copies to fill out when you get to my ofice. I'd just rather not take up your session time with paperwork if it isn't necessary.

My intention is to use the Bible in therapy. If you have one and you'd like to use your own, then please feel free to bring it with you. I always have plenty on hand if you'd prefer not to bring yours.

Also, I recommend people keep a therapy journal, so bring that with you as well to take notes, write down pertinent verses, etc.

Please have your insurance card with you, and if you have a co-pay or you're paying out-of-pocket, please make sure you have that as well.
