BASIC FEE STRUCTURE

Initial Assessment / Diagnostic session	$100

Therapy per hour	$90*

Therapy per half-hour	$55

Group Therapy per 2-hour session (None at this time)	$45**

On-line computer therapy per 1-hour session (See note §)	$90**

Training / Presentations per hour	$130

Professional Consultation at my office	$90

*I have a few sliding-scale fee openings for the following:

Where the client has no insurance that will help with the cost, their need for services is high, and their family income is less than $50,000 annually, the hourly fee will be $50.

In addition, I have set aside a couple of sessions per week for very serious need where the $50 is impossible. Please get in touch with me if you believe you fall into either of these categories.

I regret that if you do not fall into one of these two categories, and insurance does not cover your therapy, I will have to charge the full fee. I would also be happy to refer you to a therapist with more flexibility in the fees they can charge.

§ I am in the process of researching how I might be able to do on-line therapy. If anyone is interested (and has a high-speed internet connection with video capability), please let me know and we will see what your insurance company and my licensing board allows.

"Failure to appear" fee (not coming to a scheduled session without cancelling within 1 hour of the start-time of the session): $35 per missed session, regardless of the normal copay. Exceptions can be made at the discretion of the therapist.

** I also offer a sliding scale fee for groups. If you have no medical insurance and your family income is less than $90,000 annually, the fee is $20 per 2-hour session.

If this is still not possible and you would like to join the group, please contact me and I will try to help you work it out.
