I just want to take a moment to let you know how grateful I am to you. I have received more reimbursements from the insurance companies in the last 3 weeks then I did from the 6 months I was working with the billing company (or not working apparently). I really am thankful for this abundance and this connection. My colleagues are working towards credentialing and will probably be ready when you are ready to start marketing/selling the software. I bought the CILe program earlier this year for opening my own private practice. I have found both the program and programmer to be wonderful especially because I was not so computer savy. I now have confidence in the system and am able to get claims filed in an efficient manner. Sue was so helpful to assist with all the start up and I would highly recommend this sofetware to any therapist.
