CILe - Client Information Ledger
Manage Client Waiting List

How does CILe help me keep track of clients on my waiting list?

You may have a waiting list because your schedule is full, you have new clients who can't come at times you have available, or you have current clients who would prefer a different time slot. You can track all of them conveniently and confidently with CILe.

If you have someone on the phone who wants to start sessions with you, but you can't fit them into your schedule right now, click on the "Add new client to waiting list" item off of the Administrative menu.

Fill in the above fields. This will add them to the regular client database, but you don't have to deal with all of the other information on the Fiscal Face sheet until they actually become a client. You will see them on your "Client List" as not yet opened. Use the "Note" field to document their preferences of which days or hours work best for them. The "Date added to waiting list" will help you with your priorities in case you have more than one.

Or, if you have a client you have already been seeing, but they are either closed and you can't fit them in right now, or they are a current client but want a different time slot, then check the "Waiting List" box on their Fiscal Face sheet.

Then, when you have an open slot, go to the "Waiting List" item off of the Administrative menu, and you can see who best fits into the slot. The current clients are at the top of the list, closed clients first. Clients who have never seen you are at the end of the list. You, of course, have total control over which clients are called for the open slot. You can use the "note" field to keep track of who you've called for what. When you schedule them, unclick the "Waiting List" checkbox, and they will be removed from this listing.

The "Info" button takes them to the Fiscal Face sheet where you can fill in the rest of their personal and insurance information if you schedule them for an appointment.

Also, if you never schedule them and they are no longer interested (providing they have never been opened in CILe), you can click the "Delete" button to the left and remove them from the database completely.
