CILe - Client Information Ledger |
| Therapy Menu | ![]() |
| What is on the Therapy
Menu? The Therapy menu provides functions that pertain to therapeutic issues for lists of clients rather than a specific client. ![]() The following is a brief description of what the Therapy menu provides: |
1) ITP
Reviews Due ![]() |
Produces a list of open
clients and the dates the next treatment plan is due for the client.
The date is editable, and it is sorted by date so the ones due the soonest
are at the top. |
2) ITP
Reviews Due This Week ![]() |
Produces a small pop-up window showing
which treatment plans are due this week according to the date you entered
into the "ITP Reviews Due" screen. |
3) Print
unprinted notes ![]() |
Produces a list of clients who have
notes that have not yet been printed. Printing of notes is not required,
but if you should choose to print the notes, this list gives you a quick
and easy way to do so. You can print all unprinted notes for a specific
client, or all unprinted notes for all clients. |
4) Missing
Session Notes ![]() |
Provides a list of clients who have
had appointments scheduled for which there is no session note. |
5) Reminders ![]() |
Provides a listing of 'reminders' that
you can put on the client's session note. Examples would be a reminder
to set up a meeting with a guidance counselor, call a child's social
worker to report a problem discussed in session, look up information
on the internet about a disorder, etc. You type the reminder into a
text box on the session note, and it will then be displayed on this
form. When you have completed the task, you check it off as 'completed.' |
6) Appointment
Schedule ![]() |
Let's you re-display the appointment
schedule. As the therapist, when you execute CILe, you automatically
come into your appointment schedule. If you accidentally close the schedule,
you can redisplay it here. Also, if you have an Administrative person
doing your financial piece, they do not come into the schedule. |
7)
Standing Schedule
![]() |
Let's you develop a weekly schedule
where a client is given a specific slot on a weekly, bi-monthly, or
monthly basis. Once the standing schedule is developed, you can then
click a "Build Schedule" button on the Appointment Schedule
screen to automatically build the initial schedule from the standing
schedule. |
8)
Standing appts by client ![]() |
Gives a list of open clients and the
standing appointment for which they are currently scheduled. With this
list, you can be assured that you don't have any open clients who have
fallen through the cracks and not scheduled. |
9) Client's last
appt ![]() |
Gives you a list of clients and the
last time they were seen, sorted by appointment date. With this listing,
you can tell how long it has been since you last saw a client so you
can conveniently identify candidates for termination. |
10) Monthly
Statistics ![]() |
Allows you to see your attendance statistics.
If you put a 'quota' in your Employee Information sheet, then it will
compare your actual attendance statistics against your quota and give
you percentages seen, cancelled, or no-show. |
