Either of two ways: You can print them directly from the session note screen itself, or you can print them in bulk from the Therapy menu.

The Session Note Screen

You access the Session Notes screen by right-clicking on the client's name on the client listing and selecting "Session Notes" off of the client pop-up menu.

By clicking the "Print This Note" button on the Session Note screen, you can display a printable version of just this single note, and then send it to your printer by click the Printer icon in the upper right-corner of your screen.

The Therapy Menu

By clicking the "Print unprinted notes" item on the Therapy menu, you can display a listing of all of the notes that have not yet been printed (screen print below), grouped by client, sorted by the clients that have the highest number of unprinted notes, and print them in batch. You have the option of printing all of the notes for a single client by clicking the button next to their name, or by clicking the "Print" button on the top, you can click all outstanding notes that match the criteria you selected with the radio buttons next to the button.
