Documenting a Phone Call
How do I quickly document a phone call to a client?

Documenting a phone call creates a 'session note' record, so when you page through the session notes, any notes you have documented will show up. In addition, it will be listed on the "Attendance" screen, the complete listing of all of the client's session notes.

You access the Phone Call screen by right-clicking on the client's name and selecting "Phone Call or Misc Note" off of the client pop-up menu.







1) Phone Call Form Allows you to document phone calls to or on behalf of a specific client. You can also document random notes that you want to make where the note is not as a result of a scheduled session. The note is documented with a Visit Code of "No Charge," which is how it will be documented on the client's "Attendance" screen. The "Change Incorrect Date" and "Add New Note" buttons work the same here as they do on the Session Note screen.
