CILe, which stands for "Client Information Ledger," is a client management software program for managing all of the data a private practice mental health therapist would need to have a full-time client load, no administrative help, and still have a life. I have used it for over 10 years, and completely rely on it in my private practice of over three years. I also believe it would be useful for anyone in private practice who submits claims to insurance companies, or anyone who has clients for whom they need to develop schedules and document sessions. I have only tried it out in a mental health environment at this point, but I would be very interested in discussing other possibilities.

This page is the 'home' page for the on-line CILe Help system. The local installation of CILe also has a Help system installed with it, but as I make changes to the Help system, I post them here, so this is the most up-to-date source for help.

Click the "Home" button above for information on the CILe software pacakge, including video demonstrations, information about the trial version, and purchase.

To download the latest .chm help file for CILe, click here (dated 7/17/2009). Save it to your desktop (or whereever you'd prefer). Double-click the downloaded .exe file and follow the directions to replace your old version of the CILe Help system with the new one, or install a new one in a C:\CILe\Help folder.

Note: All names throughout this Help system are completely made up. Any resemblance to actual persons is completely coincidental, and no identification of real persons can be inferred. If anyone sees their name here and wants it removed, please let me know and I will be happy to oblige you.
